Standard Delivery is complimentary for all domestic orders over $600
Domestic Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically take 1-3 days to ship. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing.
To ensure you're getting the best and most accurate rates possible, shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on both the weight of the package and destination.
You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.
International Packages International shipments typically take 1.5 - 3 weeks to arrive, which depends on your location and the speed of customs. Customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout.
Local Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery orders are must be placed before 2PM to receive same day delivery. Please note that all local orders require complete delivery instructions.
Need your order right away? If you live in or near the Los Angeles area we offer same day or next day delivery for local orders. Select 'Local Delivery' at checkout to receive your order faster.
Orders placed before 2PM pacific time can be delivered same day. All orders placed after 2PM will be delivered the following day.
Returns
Domestic Returns
Returns can be made within 7 days after you receive your order. Shipping cost will be deducted from store credit issued.
All returns must be pre-approved by Zevelyn Jean and received within seven (7) business days of authorization of the return. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED. Zevelyn Jean must receive a returned product before store credit is issued.
Items purchased at regular price can be returned for store credit only.
Sale items are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
If you received a defective/damaged item(s), you will be provided with a prepaid return label to mail the item(s) back to Zevelyn Jean.
All returns must have no signs of wear or damage, otherwise this will lead to the return request being denied.
All returns must be submitted through our online return form in order to be processed.
After your return is approved you will receive a prepaid return label via email.
International Returns
At this time we do not offer international returns.
