We regularly showcase our designs at our favorite local markets. We create a lively and engaging shopping experience where customers can engage with the brand, get to know the designer, and try on the products.

Most of our markets are booked on a weekly/monthly basis.

Do you have a store?

No, we currently do not have a physical location. For now, you can shop with us online or at our next pop-up shop.

What products are available at the markets?

We curate a special collection of merchandise for each market. Every design will not be showcased at the market. If you're interested in purchasing a particular item, we encourage you to purchase online, as every piece is limited and will not restock.

If you have questions about an item, please read the description and see the fit notes for specifics.

Can I purchase online and pickup or exchange an item at the market?

Items purchase online will only be delivered via mail, local pickup & market pickup is not available.

All returns must be pre-approved before an exchange or store credit is issued. Please visit our Delivery & Returns page for additional information.

SUSTAINABILITY

Where is your fabric sourced?

All fabrics are considered deadstock materials and are carefully sourced in Los Angeles, CA.

What is deadstock fabric?

Deadstock fabrics are the “leftovers” of the fashion industry. These are fabrics that ended up either not going to the intended buyer at all or not being made into finished garments. Historically, most of these deadstock fabrics would be simply thrown away, eventually making their way into landfills.

Where are your garments made?

All garments are cut and sewn in Los Angeles, CA. We are grateful to work with a team of local artisans who prioritize ethical and sustainable standards.

PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY & RESTOCKS

If an item I want is sold out, will it get restocked?

Because our garments are constructed using deadstock fabrics, we produce colorways in limited quantities that typically never restock. This means that some garments are one of a kind. If you connect with an item, we highly encourage you to purchase it right away!

How often do you release new designs and/or colorways?

We produce depending on the demand of a design. We will continuously re-produce our designs in newer fabrics depending on the demand and/or season. The season may dictate the types of fabrics that we curate for each drop.

New designs are introduced periodically along with existing designs.

Do you offer custom designs?
  • No, we do not offer custom designs. We also do not produce our designs using fabric provided by the customer.

GARMENT CARE & SIZING

How do I care for my garment?

Dry clean only.

Zevelyn Jean's ready-to-wear pieces are crafted from carefully selected materials. We suggest dry cleaning or spot cleaning your garments. We do not suggest machine washing your items, as each piece is made using limited specialty fabric and should be treated as an heirloom piece.

Machine wash at your own risk.

What if I have questions about sizing or the way something fits?

For any questions about sizing, please refer to our size guide .

We've also included specific details regarding the fit and fabric for each piece in the item Details section and under the Fitting Information tab.

We strive to offer consistent sizing for all designs and materials; however, some items may run smaller or larger.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes XSmall through XXLarge for garments and sizes Small, Medium & Large for accessories (Hats).

Since our garments are produced using deadstock materials, we may only offer full size runs for particular fabrics.

Do you offer garment tailoring?

No, we currently don't offer tailoring services for our garments. We encourage you to find a local dry cleaners who do alterations.

All of our pants are designed for the possibility of tailoring/adjusting to your body type.

Do you make clothes for petit or big/tall people?

Yes, all of our designs are consciously made to fit and compliment every body type. Tailoring a garment to fit your height is highly encouraged and may vary depending on your style and preference.

What shipping and delivery methods do you offer?

All domestic packages are shipped via USPS or UPS

Please allow 1-2 days for order processing

For Los Angeles orders, we do offer same-day delivery when your order is placed before 2 pm.

International packages are calculated at checkout to ensure we're offering the most affordable and efficient rates.

What are the costs of shipping?

To ensure you’re getting the best and most accurate rates possible, shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on the weight of the package and destination it’s being sent to.

Do you offer local pickup?

No, we do not offer local pickup at this time.

Do you offer local same day delivery?

Yes, we offer local same day delivery to the Los Angeles area. Orders must be placed before 2pm for local same day delivery. Please select this option at check out and include any special delivery notes if needed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What if I need to make changes to my order or cancel it?

All changes to orders must be made prior to your order being processed. Once your order is processed, tracking information will be sent via email.
