Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after purchase. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships (allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update).
Same Day Local Delivery is available for Los Angeles orders placed before 2PM. Orders placed after 2PM will be sent the following day— please include a phone number and complete delivery instructions at checkout. Also include building/door access codes if necessary.
Standard shipping is complimentary on domestic orders over $250. All other shipping rates and delivery times, domestic and international, are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and destination.
International Orders: Customs, duties, and import taxes are set by your local government and are the customer's responsibility. These are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method — from every region we ship to.
Condition requirements: items must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup/deodorant/perfume or other marks, and returned with all original tags attached. Items that don't meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to you, or accepted with a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Not returnable: sale and final sale items, original outbound shipping costs, and any duties or taxes paid on the original order.
No exchanges: our fabrics are limited and don't restock, so we're unable to offer exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for a different colorway or size while it's available.
International Returns
International returns are accepted under the same 14-day window and condition requirements above. You have two options for return shipping:
- Prepaid label — we can provide one for you; its cost is deducted from your refund.
- Arrange your own — use any trackable carrier at your own cost. Please mark the package "Returned Merchandise" on the customs form, and send us the tracking number once it ships so we can watch for it.
Duties and taxes paid on your original order remain non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days.

All returns — domestic and international — must be submitted through our return form and pre-approved before shipping anything back.
