International Orders International shipments typically take 1.5 - 3 weeks to arrive, which depends on your location and the speed of customs. Customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout
Returns
Domestic Returns
Returns can be made within 7 days after you receive your order. Shipping cost will be deducted from store credit issued.
All returns must be pre-approved by Zevelyn Jean and received within seven (7) business days of authorization of the return. Zevelyn Jean must receive a returned product before store credit is issued.
Items purchased at regular price can be returned for store credit only.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges allowed
If you received a defective/damaged item(s), you will be provided with a prepaid return label to mail the item(s) back to Zevelyn Jean.
All returns must have no signs of wear or damage, otherwise this will lead to the return request being denied.
All returns must be submitted through our online return form in order to be processed.
After your return is approved you will receive a prepaid return label via email.
